Problems with some AT commands in firmware Version: RUI v3.0.0.12.H

Hello everybody excuse my english, I use the RAK811 wisDuo breakout in the Version: RUI v3.0.0.12.H but when I tried commands like at+band it response ERROR:RUI_AT_UNSUPPORT 1 It only response with the commands that are in this document https://downloads.rakwireless.com/en/LoRa/RAK811/Application_Notes/Get_Start_with_RAK811_WisNode-LoRa.pdf and this AT commands dont work https://downloads.rakwireless.com/en/LoRa/RAK811/Hardware_Specification/RAK811_LoRa_Module_Datasheet_V1.4.pdf also I tried to use the STM32CubeProgrammer for update the firmware but has this error.

I need to use some command to put in "on"some of this channels.
