How can I register a pre owned device

If the hotspot is already added to the user wallet, there is no need to register.
Hotspots are like NFTs in Solana blockchain. They are just transferred from wallet to wallet. The original owner should use the Helium Wallet app to transfer the hotspot to you, to your Solana address.
Thank you Carl for a quick response. The Gentleman, Robert Thomas does not have e access to that wallet he has lost pass phrase etc. Is there another option or is it a lost cause ?

If the access to the wallet is lost as well as the passphrase to recover it, there is no way to transfer the address. Just like how other NFT works as well. If you have lost your access to your Phantom (SOL) or Metamask (EVM), then that’s with the assets inside.
