Hi @rolanderuel,
Check if you see the device in your device manager when you connect it to your PC. As it is shown here: https://docs.rakwireless.com/Product-Categories/WisNode/RAK7200/Quickstart/#connecting-to-the-rak7200

Hello

yes exist it
com7 USB-SERIAL ch340 correct

Have you tried to restart the device from the reset button while connected to the serial port tool? What is the output?
Also, make sure that you do not have any spaces in your at command.

Do you have a gateway near by?

Make sure that your gateway is properly connected to TTN and also that your credentials for connecting the application are set well. The problem is that your node doesn’t get join success so it goes to deep sleep, and that’s why you can’t send it an at command. The node will wake up after restart, but when you restart it and it doesn’t join it goes the same over and over again.

Hi @rolanderuel,
Where is the node placed, indoor or outdoor? The buildings can cause a problem with the GPS signal. If it is inside, go outside where you have clear sky vision.
Also, it may help if you set the gps_timeout:120.

i placed outdoor and now is display

So indoors it can be heard by a gateway but no GPS (not surprising).

But outdoors it can’t be heard by a gateway but can get GPS?

Where is the gateway and what sort of antenna does it have?

the gangway is outside.
the antenna is the default of the Lorawan Hat card

and the antenna it’s

I tested with the default antenna of the card and with the antenna purchased from aliexpress this does not change the problem.
it can come from the antenna it’s possible

I followed this documentation step by step

It is so strange that the gateway signal was lost dramatically if he just went outside to get a GPS fix.

Hi @rolanderuel, probably you can share with us the RSSI when your node is still working? Then what is your distance on your gateway?

Surely, you need to test the GPS outside to get your GPS fix. But how far are you from the gateway when you go outside to test the GPS?

Also, at times when you can’t connect to the gateway, try to check if the gateway is still online. We don’t know if it was accidentally unplugged, lost its connection to your network, etc.

Indeed rather odd, maybe a steel structured building, or a high rise so going outside means going down 10 floors and being on the other side of the building.

Or the antenna isn’t firmly plugged in - those pesky uF.L connectors can be tricky.

Hello
I think the problem is linked to the antenna because I tried to leave the antenna of the card by default it does not work.
and I changed the short and long timeout 50 and 120 nothing changed can be change the antenna connector on the card and the antenna
