Rak 1W 13302 No Interface, Cloud With Slash not sending messages or receiving

Please include the following information, in order for us to help you as effectively as possible.

I have the 1 w booster, 13302 on the 19007 base with the 4630, all came put together from Rak.
I flashed with the stable MeshTastic Firmware, using a Drok 5v 3A power buck converter from 12 to 5v. The 13302 board was inside a pvc electrical project box, and the power supply was on the outside. Ive used multiple antennas, I wanted to use the SlinkDsco antenna from Amazon, although I do have the n type Alpha, just not available to me rn. So I have tried many different antennas, MuziWorks, the smallest rubber ducky that come with the kit. I’ve tried to adjust the jumper and then use usb c power plus a battery in the internal port. No matter what I do, if I’m using my iPhone to connect it says “no interface”, if I use an android to connect it just give the cloud instantly with the slash through it. Not sure what else I can really do to get their to work. The power supply was very far away. I don’t see any interference. How far away does this need to be from other devices. I have quite a few in my room I’ve made or whatever it may be just to see different designs, be it the Rak4631, I have a Heltec V4, T114, SeeedStudios L1 Wio, and their T1000E tracker card. So in all my room contains 6-7 devices. I will try to turn them all of to reduce the interference with each other. I’m waiting til I can get to where I’d like to deploy these. I’m really just trying to get down to what is causing the issue of no messages being able to send, when I am connected to the SlinkDisco antenna the antenna is outside, about 15-20 feet away. Would using faraday style mesh help? And also if anyone has dealt with this and can let me know what is causing this I would be extremely grateful. If I missed anything please let me know. Thank you!

Welcome to RAK forum @Dustyn93 .

The RAK13302 1W LoRa module will not work on RAK4630 core. That’s the reason why you see “no interface” errors. The SPI pins that RAK13302 needs is on the RAK3401 Core.

Sorry, I mis spoke, it is indeed on the 3401 as it came direct from you guys over at Rak.

If the core is correct, you can double check the FW. You can see “No interface” error when a wrong FW is uploaded and not the 1W FW.
