RAK 2 what is the OUTPUT power?

I see the power usage is 5 watts, but what is the OUTPUT power ?

Actually it is 12W peak. The output power is area dependent and is automatically adjusted when you assert your location.

so in the USA, that would translate to what output power, I realize it says up to 27 decibels, but what would actually be its output wattage?.. 1/4 watt…? 1 watt,?

Hei,

This is not something we have access at this point, it is set by the firmware and the Helium Server, so only they can give you details. It is not something we have visibility or control of.
You would have to go directly to Helium.

Your Hotspot is contacting it all the time …
