I recommend that you erase the entire board, as the previous version may be the main cause of the problem.

Gateway and node of the antenna is not removed! From the log found that the rssi is very bad!

The error 91 was related to the blank channel list, switched from EU868 to AU915 and back again. After this, all the channel table was correctly populated.
The last problem was related to the signal, I moved the RAK7200 in other postion and it joined the network, however, all my previous test had been made in that position.
