Setting up a couple brand RAK HNT hot spot miners in the US. I have connected with Ethernet cable and powered and paired…however the device is not getting past the “registering hot spot” screen. Please advise what might be the issue. I have restarted a few times and waited 20 min+. Using app on iphone to register.

Can you share the error screen, if it is past the procedure initiation itself it should be pening in your wallet.

Now it’s stuck in syncing. See screenshot below -
Yes the name is assigned randomly when you first onboard it, also it needs to sync first, this is normal. For future questions best head to over Discord here, we will be able to respond quicker there:

Thanks will do, but just so I know - how long is syncing expected to take?
Couple of days, really depends on the latest snapshot, don’t expect it to be done overnight.
