RAK Hotspot – Solid Red LED / Not Connecting to Helium (Ticket #218205)

Hello,

I already opened a support ticket (#218205) but haven’t received a reply yet.

My RAK Hotspot (Recumbent Bronze Hornet) shows a solid red LED and does not connect to the Helium IoT network. It’s been offline for a while even though it appears registered on Helium Explorer.

I’ve already tried:
– Changing the antenna (15 dBi XYANT antenna, 3m cable)
– Ethernet cable connection
– Power cycle
– Updated antenna gain and height in the Helium app

Could you please confirm if a firmware recovery file is needed or if there’s another solution?
