Is there a listing of those RAK lora node products that can be programmed with Arduino language?

All WisBlock Core modules can be programmed with Arduino.

WisDuo RAK11300 can be programmed with Arduino

Other WisDuo modules might have open source support for Arduino, but it is not supported by us.
