Issue: Miner not earning

Server: Virgin
Details: Hi my Helium Wallet charges me small amounts of HNT when adding to the account. I cannot find a decent app that shows my miner is working correctly. I contacted RAK and said use hotspotty connect. My miner is witnessing but no HNT is being added. The whole setup seems to be a money maker for others.
