Rak v2 solid green light

Hi,

My RAK v2 has been offline for few weeks now. Main issue is the green light is on all time so it is showing as offline on the explorer. I can not detect it or pair with it on the app with Bluetooth. Adviced by support team to replace SD card which I did replace with one I bought from RAK store but still same issue. Has anyone seen this before and can advice?

I have the same issue for 6 months. Was your issue ever resolved?
