I have connected the device to the TTN and everything was working great. I have charged it last night but today the screen doesn’t turn on although I can see the red light so it is charging. I need a quick help because I have a test tomorrow morning. Can someone help me how can I fix it? Thanks.

It can be that the battery is deeply discharged. If you already charge it over night and there is no output on the display, you can (1) press the reset button just on the right side of the USB ports or (2) disconnect and reconnect the battery however you have to carefully open the field tester to access the battery connector.
It sounds like your RAK10701-P field tester might have a deeply discharged battery. Try pressing the reset button located near the USB ports or, if that doesn’t work, you may need to disconnect and reconnect the battery. Be cautious when opening the device to access the battery connector.
