RAK11160 WIFI and LoRa Antenna GND Pins

Hi.
This is in relation to RAK11160 module.
Pins next to WIFI and LoRa Antenna are required to be connected to GND if they are not being used?
Pin15, 17 and Pin 39 and 37?

Those are important paths for the RF. I do not have gerber file of the design but with other GND pins available, even without connecting those GND pins near RF output will still make the module functional. How bad/worse the effect, I have no idea.
