is there any example how to use deep sleep with LoRaWAN on wisblock core RAK11310 ? I did not find any.

The Arduino BSP for the RP2040 is still missing a lot of things (including proper support for the second core). We are depending on the open source BSP, we are not developing it, so I do not know how soon there will be proper deep sleep support for the RP2040.
