Hello! I want to use this modem like spi slave device. May be some one do this?

If you are planning to use RUI3 for RAK11720, slave mode is not natively supported. You will need to develop your own routine likely accessing low level registers of the internal Ambiq of RAK11720.
If you plan to use RAK11720 as modem, using it via UART is the quickest way.

Can modeule work with BLE and LORA at the same time?
Yes. It works both at the same time. Different chips handle the two wireless protocols.
