the only confusion is, that it is mentioned that in rak13102 with notecarrier board has bg95-m3 cellular modem.

You can buy the RAK13102 with or without the Blues Notecard.
The docs are for the Blues Notecard carrier only (RAK13102), not for the combination of carrier and Notecard. Documentation for the Blues Notecard are provided by Blues.IO itself.
thank you for your reply. what i meant to ask was if i buy with notecard carrier. will the notecard be equipped with bg95-m3. as the documentation says it will. but the images are not clear about it. from blues.io
If you buy the RAK13102 with Blues Notecard, the included Notecard is the “NoteCard V1 NBGL-500”
And yes, this card has the Quectel BG95:
Keep in mind, with Blues Notecards, you cannot directly access the cellular modem. This is done by a MCU on the Notecard. You are only sending standardized commands and data to this MCU. The MCU controls the cellular modem.
