I use a RAK19007, is there a connection option for an ON/OFF switch?

No, the RAK19007 does not have an option to connect an On/Off switch.
You have two options:
a) Add a switch into the battery cable between the battery and the connector on the Base Board.
b) Have a look on the RAK19026, which has an On/Off switch.
