Why is there no “hdop” or “altitude” in the GPS payload? Are there any plans to add these fields?

Why does it seem like the tracker sends data every 1 minute, in movement triggered mode? Isn’t it only supposed to send data when it detects movement and not every minute? It is eating up all the battery life very fast. Am I doing something wrong or is it a firmware limitation?
