RAK2171 not charging / red light flashing

Hi all,

Is there any fix for the Wisnode Trackit RAK2171 with a dead battery?
I have 2 pcs, one is working because I charge always.
But the other piece is not charging and giving red light flash, because I did not know that if I did not charge always it will damage the battery.

Anyone can help please?

Thanks for your reply.

I have managed to fix the charging, I kept the Trackit charging for more than 24 hours and lastly it start charging normally.
