Issue: Cannot pair RAK2171 WisNode TrackIt - getting “Already registered to another account” error.
Setup: RAK2171 WisNode TrackIt, trying to pair via Bluetooth using the iOS/Android TrackIt App.
LoRa® Server: N/A (Using the default RAK TrackIt App / Cloud integration)
Details: Hi RAK team,
I recently purchased a RAK2171 WisNode TrackIt, but I am unable to pair it with my phone. When I try to add it in the TrackIt app, I get the following error message:
“Device cannot be added. The device XXXX is added by another account. Please delete this device from that account first.”
Since I cannot access the account it is currently bound to, could someone from the support team please manually remove/unbind this Device ID (XXX) from the backend database so I can register it to my account?
