RAK2171 WisNode TrackIt Payload Decoder

RAKwireless promissed a payload decoder for their RAK2171 last year ( Plan your next adventure and just TrackIt RAK2171 WisNode TrackIt ). Sadly I cannot find it in the documentation. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks
