RAK2245 Pi Hat?

Probably a stupid question but l just ordered a RAK2245 Pi Hat and the board that got delivered is stamped with RAK2243 Ver A. Can someone let me know what the difference is between 2243 and 2245 as l am not sure if l have been sent the correct board.

Did you notice that it is made up of two boards, 2243 ver A is used as the bottom plate.
