RAK2245 PiHAT with RPi 4 failed to start the concentrator

Issue: failed to start the concentrator

Setup: Raspberry Pi 4 and RAK2245 Pi HAT

Server: TTN

Details: Installed as shown in https://github.com/RAKWireless/rak_common_for_gateway, but getting error:
rak-gateway ttn-gateway[2083]: ERROR: [main] failed to start the concentrator

Problem solved. Broken wire connection.
