I purchased six RAK2560 modules to connect Meter Teros22 water potential sensors to my LoRaWAN. My order, #PX2FXE1VC, confirmed on 8-July-2026, has not yet arrived. I am at a point in my project where I need to seek an alternative LoRaWAN transmitter to integrate my water potential sensors. Is there a comparable RAK module that has availability while I await arrival (unknown at this time) of my RAK2560 order? (My gateway is US915 tied to TTN and download to an Ubuntu LTS server. The TEROS22 water potential sensors have a 3.3V interface.)

Regarding compatibility, the TEROS 22 uses SDI-12 communication and requires a 4ā15 V sensor supply. The RAK2560 itself does not provide a direct SDI-12 connection so a Probe IO may be required.
Although the Probe IO supports one SDI-12 device, third-party sensors that are not listed as an existing SensorHub Solution require a separate compatibility check. We therefore need to confirm that the current Probe IO configuration and firmware support the TEROS 22, including its water-potential and temperature measurements, before recommending that it be connected.
If the TEROS 22 is not supported by the current Probe IO solution, a RAK4631 US915 with a WisBlock Base Board and RAK13010 SDI-12 module could be considered as a custom development alternative. However, it would require custom sensor and LoRaWAN firmware and would not be a drop-in replacement for the RAK2560.

I will contact support about my missing delivery status. Iām sure it was a filter issue with my ISP.
Also, I realize I am getting a bit impatient. Our continuing drought conditions makes my existing irrigation system either waste water through runoff or stress vegetation with insufficient watering.
