RAK2560 Device Profile

Server: AWS IoT Core for LoRaWAN
Gateway: Laird RG191

We are planning to add some RAK2560 Sensor Hub devices to our existing LNS setup through AWS IoT Core. I’m looking for some additional details to ensure we can properly configure the device profile for OTAA.

Looking through documentation for the RAK4630 module, it seems the MAC version should be LoRaWAN 1.0.3. However I could not find the specification for Regional Parameters.

Could someone indicate which of the following options supported by AWS would be best for this device?

  • LoRaWAN v1.0.1
  • Regional Parameters v1.0.2rB
  • Regional Parameters v1.0.2rB
  • Regional Parameters v1.0.3rA
  • Regional Parameters v1.1rA
  • RP002-1.0.0
  • RP002-1.0.1

Are there any other device profile settings folks typically change from defaults for these devices?

Follow-up: There appears to be some Regional Parameters data in the RUI3 Documentation, but I’m not quite sure how to map these parameters to the appropriate specification version.
