Hello, good day. I have a problem with my RAK2560 sensor. When I try to connect it to Datacake, it connects fine, but the pH sensor is not working and the device hub does not recognize it. It also does not send any messages to Datacake. Everything is correctly connected with a signal, and it logs in. What could the error be?

What do you mean with “device hub does not recognize it”?
You cannot see the sensor in WisToolBox?
How do you supply the SensorHub?
The pH sensor requires 12V external power supply on the RAK2560. It does not work with the internal batteries.
