RAK3172, Is it possible to use Analog Pin as Digital Pin with Arduino IDE RUI3?

With RAK3172 and Arduino IDE + RUI3, I want to use Analog pin as digital pin, Is it possible? I want 3 pins, PB4/ADC2, PB2/ADC3 and PA10/ADC4. If yes, how do I do?
