Hi Team RAK,
I recognised in the RUI3 Github for the RAK3172(LP)-SIP, that the TCXO voltage is defined to 3.0 V (in radio_conf.h).
But the data sheet specifies the lowest supply voltage VDD_min to 2.0 V. Isn’t this contradicitive? Please clarify, because we want to use the SIP for places with low temperature.
Thanks in advance,
Jo

JoEm:
VDD_min
means minimum supply voltage for the TCXO, so 3V is above the minimum and is a valid selection.

??? VDD_min 2.0V is for RAK3172(LP)-SIP.
Hence the TXCO supply voltage it is below the specified VDD of the RAK3172(LP)-SIP.
Do you have a datasheet of the used TCXO?
Best regards,

Min means it is the lowest voltage the TCXO can be used with, not the maximum voltage.
Look for the datasheet of the NDK NT2016SA, the supply voltage range is from 1.8 to 3.0 V.

Hi Bernd,
hmm, hence the correct setup for the RUI-SDK should be 2.0V if the TCXO requires 1.8V? This is from the STM32WLE5-Manual about the TCXO.
Best regards,
Jo
