RAK3172S current consumption in sleep mode

During the tests with the LORAWAN_OTAA example, using the RAK3172 Breakout Board, the current in sleep mode varied according to the supply voltage.
Using the same board with the same software, I powered it with 3.6V, 3.3V and 3.0V and I noticed that the current in sleep mode are different.
The measurements I got:
3.6V = 21.50uA;
3.3V = 2.71uA;
3.0V = 0.0uA.

I don’t know if this is an error on my PPK II Nordic current meter, but would this current variation be normal?

Hi @Takahashi ,

Higher voltage usually result to a higher current. But the jump of 20uA might not be normal. If you measure while USB-Serial port is connected to RAK3172, it might be a good idea to disconnect it and test again.
