RAK4200 and RAK811 Breakout Board

Well I successfully flashed the RAK811 with new firmware RAK811 Version:3.0.0.14.H but I cant seem to get it to do an OTAA join with TTN?

I am using AU915 and my gateway is a Dragino LPS8, I tested it with ABP and it works fine as it should but it does not do a OTAA join no matter what settings I try?

I followed the instructions at:

Any ideas?

Ensure youā€™ve set the class & join_mode, perhaps use the RAK docs, if it doesnā€™t work, can you post the output from the serial tool.

Dear Jamesļ¼Œ

OMGļ¼This is a serious mistakeļ¼

Thank you for identifying the problem, which is greatļ¼

You must send the at command to add it to the networkļ¼

Best regardsļ¼

Hi Guys,

I did use all those commands to get it to try to join OTAA

at+set_config=lora:join_mode:0

at+set_config=lora:class:0
at+set_config=lora:region:AU915

at+set_config=lora:dev_eui:my key goes here from TTN
at+set_config=lora:app_eui:my key goes here from TTN
at+set_config=lora:app_key:my key goes here from TTN
at+join

error:99

As mentioned for ABP works like a charm!

Dear James,

You need check channel by AT command:

> at+get_config=lora:channel

Make sure gateway and node is the sameļ¼
