Details: After JoinRequest and JoinAccept no data arrives from the device.

Error 99 is fail to join, as highlighted in the status: Joined Network:false

Does the gateway console show the JoinAccept, does the gateway logs show it was transmitted, how far apart are the gateway and device.

Thank you, now it works. I moved the device closer to the gateway.

We usually have the problem the other way round - is there an antenna fitted to the device?
