RAK4600 WisDuo LoRa Module

Hello Everyone,
I have purchased this RAK4600 WisDuo Lora Module (not Evaluation Kit) (https://store.rakwireless.com/products/rak4600-lora-module). When connecting the module with UART, it doesn’t respond to AT commands. Do I need to put any firmware or anything before start using it? Please guide me.

Hi. As you use RAK4600 only wich UART you use 1 or 2? You should use UART2 (pins 9,10).

Thanks for the reply. I was using UART1 (pin 22, 23). I will use UART2 as you said and will let you know if any problem exists.
