RAK4630 & RAK14014 examples not working

Hello,
I ordered two set’s of Wisblock Meshtastic starter kit with RAK 4630, GNSS, Accelerometer and a RAK14014 Touch screen.
I program them with Arduino on a Macbook M1 PRO up to date. The touch screen example is working fine, but the screen example doesn’t work. The backlight is working as expected but I am unable to display anything.
Does anybody can give me a hint? I am sure everything is connected fine, like I said touch and backlight is working. The Meshtastic Firmware to…

What firmware are you using?

It could be a “loose” connection to the display. Touchscreen, backlighting and the screen itself are separate connections.

Double check the connections of the FPC’s:

If used in a Unify Enclosure, check that the FPC,s are bended and routed properly:

thank you for you answer. I think they are connected correctly, take a look at the photo.

Thank you for your help, these cards were bought by a student for his project, it’s the first time I play with those.

After some trial and error I identified the LIS3DH accelerometer as error source. As soon as unplug it the screen example works perfect!
Since the Acc is not that mission critial we just let the unplugged…

In which slot did you have the RAK1904 Lis3D accelerometer?

Slot B should work if you DO NOT USE INT1 of the RAK1904
SLot A should work if you DO NOT USE INT2 of the RAK1904
