I want to use it to do a recording and then classification on the sound.

The WisBlock Core modules with Cyberon license are discontinued and there is not much documentation available.

Yes, RAK4631-C is discontinued.

No you can’t:

Only “standard” RAK4631 and RAK4631-R are available.
