I want to know how to acheive low power consumption using sleep/deep sleep for BLE.
Tell me the procedure how to take device to sleep mode and how to wakeup from sleep.

There is no special settings for BLE to save power.
Just disconnect devices that are connected and disable advertising on BLE. Then the consumption of the BLE part goes to zero.
