RAK7200 GPS problem

First of all, this is my first touch on this LoRa technology and I have some issues. Maybe we all together solve this problem.

  1. When I hit reset button on device RAK7200, device lost appklication key. Serial port tool receiving this information “parameter is not found.” Is it normal?
  2. When I connect RAK7200 with STM32CubeProgrammer, I see Error: Address not acknowledged: 0x1FF8007C. Is it normal?
  3. The main, problem U cant see GPS coordinates. Serial port tool receiving:
    GPS Init OK
    Start Search Satellite(about 100 seconds) …
    FAIL.The Satellite signal not found!

I spend a lot of time searching for a fix, but no result, please help me. I updated firmware latest version.

  1. When you configure the three parameters, will APP_key be lost in the restart, or will this happen occasionally?
  2. When burning BootLoader, after successful connection, erase all contents and then reconnect, do you think this phenomenon will still occur?
  3. The GPS data is not read out because your GPS antenna has not found the satellite. You try to place it in an empty space and search again.
  1. It will happen occasionally, then I press reset button.
  2. Ok, i will repeat it later, but as i remember, nothing changes.
  3. Thanks, you are right. It means very weak, poor antenna, because device was placed near window.

Ok, let’s also find out as soon as possible about the occasional missing app_key
