RAK7201 always sends button one payload

Button one is configured to be very different from the other three buttons.

the output shows that I’ve pressed buttons 1, 2, and 4. But the RAK7258 shows that the payload for button one is always sent

Device is brand news from MyDevices, and pointed at MyDevices.
