Is the RAK7204 WisNode programmable via Arduino Rui 3? Does this node have the option of using the AU915, US915? Does it have the option of external connection other than by battery? I saw that it has an IDE, but I would like to program it through RUI 3 to suit the needs of my application, or do you have any suggestions for sensor nodes?

RAK7204 is not programmable via RUI3.
If you need something that can be programmed via RUI3, you can have a look on WisBlock Kit 1.
Thank you, it should work, my other question is the range of the temperature and humidity reading? Let’s say I want to measure in a room that is 80 square meters, in this case my question is how many of these nodes would I need?

Temperature and humidity readings can be affected by many factors like ventilation, flow of air, items in the room like equipment/furniture/people/etc.
I do not think there is a definite answer on how many. It depends on your goal.
You can put one device in certain location and measure the values on that specific spot but how homogenous the readings, to represent the entire room, is something think about.
