Issue:
Not far signal transmission distance. My RAK2270 sticker device can connect to any GW during migration and send Uplink to Chirpstack (prove that RAK2270 has no antenna problem). But 1 GW has very poor signal transmission distance about 500m-1km. I don’t know why GW can’t connect to my device at this distance.

What is the exact model of the antenna? Is the GW positioned outside or inside?
What is the environment (industrial/city/etc.)?
Can you send RSSI and SNR from the last uplinks before you lose signal from your device?

I have an antenna using 860-930 MHz frequency
Gateway inside and installed on the 5th floor of a building (about 30m high) in the city center
Here are the SNR and RSSI indexes :
The RSSI and SNR are good. The antenna is screwed directly on the gateway, or is it on a cable outside? If with cable, what is the cable? What is the antenna(I suppose RAK’s 3dBi )?
Actually, for your current situation, with buildings around this distance are what you should expect. You can extend it with changes to the setup. For example you can get an antenna with bigger gain, etc.
