Hi guys,
my RAK 7248 suddenly stopped working and I am not receiving any Helium IOT rewards since last week.
Attached is the screenshots upon connecting to the device via Bluetooth via the app “Hotspot Utlility”. The device is connected to the internet but shows however no data upon running the diagnostics. It then just gets stock in a loading loop.
The devices posses an SD card with 64 GB.
Did anyone of you run into such an issue and would you know how to solve it?
Shall I attempt to flash or replace the SD card?
The firmware on the SD card is 2023.04.18.1
The SD card by the way seems to be fine since I can read it out on my SD-Card-reader and I can access all of it contents and files.
