For those that can’t access discord, here is the original message, link in the end. Check the table if you are there you should be able to onboard, if not be patient next week when the team is back from Holidays you will be taken care of.

  1. Cal-Chip RAK v2 miners onboarding errors While the factory remains on holiday, we have managed to get data for most of the Hotspots which are now able to be onboarded. Please check the list to see if your serial number is listed. If you do not see your serial number we are still awaiting the onboarding data for your hotspot. This remaining batch of serial numbers are expected to be processed on 07/02/2022. At which point we shall post an update and you shall be able to onboard your device. We appreciate your patience with us whilst we are resolving this matter. Cal-Chip RAK V2 ready to onboard. - Google Tabellen (edited)
