I have come into possession of a Wisgate RAK 7248 D4H which is being used at my workplace. This device was configured by a former employee who has forgotten the credentials. I attempted to flash the Micro SD card with the latest firmware version from RAK7248_Latest_Firmware.zip with the intention of resetting the device to factory settings to be able to set up its wireless network and configure it myself; however, it did not work. I have meticulously followed the steps in the guide, but it is important to consider that the device: 1.- Does not initiate its wireless network, 2.- Has a changed IP address for the Ethernet port (I tried with the default IP from the guide and it did not resolve the issue), 3.- I flashed the latest firmware and still have no solution.
