I have previously asked this before, its stated as 12volt for the DC barrel jack input on web publications, but in fact has range of: 9 to 16V. (DC) absolute minimum and maximum values.
So this is suitable to be connect via fuse to say 12Volt Solar system where the load disconnect and therefore battery might be up to 14.4volts while charging.
