RAK7258 LLDP support

I’d like to request LLDP support for the RAK7258.

I’m a bit unique in my home network in that I have multiple 1G switches with LLDP enabled. It helps me track down what devices are plugged into which port. I’m sure a SMB enviornment would benefit from this too.

The RAK7258’s OS is OpenWRT, so you may be able to patch in what you need.
