RAK7268 add a node to the gateway without TTN

Hi to all. For my local use, I would like to add a node (sensor ) to my qateway RAK7268 without using a connexion to TTN (cloud). Data Sensor will be sent to the gateway and the gateway resent them to an mocal MQTT broker. What is the mode i have to use ? Basic Mode . Built in server Mode ? Packet forwarder mode ? Hello, you can use the built-in network server mode. You can also refer to this guide to integrate with your MQTT broker

  • Packet Forwarder - only forwards raw LoRaWAN packets to an external network server (e.g., TTN, ChirpStack)
  • Basics station - the LNS sends a station configuration (frequency plan, regional parameters, etc)
  • Built-in network server - runs the network server inside the gateway itself, allowing you to register your devices and uplink data can be delivered to the external MQTT broker
