RAK7268 Error out of the box

I have a RAK7268CV2.

Plugged in using PoE. Set up account. Set up country. Set up udp packet forwarder. Disabled LAN Wifi. Updated to 2.2.14

But I don’t get any status to Chirpstack and I have these logs.

Please send the gateway SN and EUI to [email protected]

Meanwhile, do a factory reset - from the UI (WisGateOS 2 User Manual | Complete Guide for LoRaWAN Gateway Software) or by holding the Reset button for more than 6 seconds while the gateway is powered. Wait for 5 minutes and log in again. Configure the Packet Forwarder to your ChirpStack and set the Syslog level to debug.

If the issue persists, reboot the gateway and share the latest syslog archive (WisGateOS 2 User Manual | Complete Guide for LoRaWAN Gateway Software).
