RAK7268 Gateway LTE Not Working

LPWAN Industrial Gateways / Concentrators

We are attempting to get our RAK7268 gateway working on LTE. We have configured the cell with the APN given to us by our LTE provider but the SIM appears to not be able to establish a connection with the internet. I have attached screenshots of our configuration as well as our system log file. Is there any additional configuration that may be required?

I believe you are having the same issue as me…

Verizon blocks IMEI’s (Device ID’s) from their network that are not “Certified”. RAK has no Verizon certifications, therefore absent certification you will not get any connectivity. Verizon has well documented the device certification process here. Unfortunately this is a process the manufacture must complete. Although the EG95-NA cellular chip is “Pre-Certified”, final certification is necessary for the end device, in this case a RAK GW.
