I’m developing a sailboat race management application and I’m interested in using LoRaWAN devices to collect geolocation data from course marker buoys on inland lakes. The buoys are line of site and up to 1km distance from the gateway device. Would a RAK7268 gateway located in control room indoors with line of site through a window have sufficient range to collect the location data from 10 GNSS Trackers (RAK10700) attached to the marker buoys? What is the expected line of site range of a RAK7268 through a single wall?
