can somebody please let me know if class b is supported on this gateway?

This gateway does not have a GPS module therefore it does not support class B.
Class B needs GPS for precise synch in order to have correct beaconing.

which gateway would you recommend that has class B support?
i was looking at this gateway RAK7289V2 which should support class B but i noticed that it doesn’t come with LoRa antennas will the antenna from RAK7268 work?
I recommend you RAK7289V2, as for the antennas, on the store page, you can see the antennas under “Check to include”. The RAK7268’s antennas have different connector type:
