Is it possible to use use this gateway to service LoRa P2P (not LoRaWAN)
we have developed our own LoRa protocol. Not interested in LoRaWAN.

The firmware supports only LoRaWAN.
For out of the box solution I would recommend you to use our Developer gateway series / WisGateConnect.
They are open-source and you will be able to deploy and maintain your stack.
